What Is a Contractor Trade Account?
A Builders Supply trade account gives qualifying contractors, builders, and businesses access to exclusive pricing, flexible payment terms, and streamlined ordering across all three of our Eastern Washington locations.
Who Qualifies?
Trade accounts are available to:
- Licensed general contractors
- Specialty subcontractors (framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Property management companies
- Builders and developers
- Qualifying businesses with regular material purchases
What Are the Benefits?
- Trade pricing — Better rates than standard retail, especially on volume purchases.
- Net terms — Qualifying accounts can purchase on net-30 terms rather than paying at point of sale.
- Volume discounts — Additional savings on large orders. Ask about project pricing for major builds.
- Jobsite delivery — We deliver to your jobsite across Eastern Washington.
- Account history — Easy access to purchase history for job costing and tax records.
- Priority service — Account holders get priority assistance at all three locations.

You’ll need your contractor’s license number, business name, and contact information. Credit references may be required for net terms.
Is There a Minimum Purchase Requirement?
No minimum purchase to open an account. Net terms are subject to credit approval and may have minimum monthly purchase requirements.
Can I Use My Account at All Three Locations?
Yes. Your trade account works at Airway Heights, Colville, and Kettle Falls.
Military & First Responder Discount
Active military, veterans, and first responders qualify for a separate discount program. Ask at the counter or contact us for details. This is available in addition to trade pricing for qualifying customers.
